— Guitarist Rhett Tyler, and his band Early Warning, will bring their “take no prisoners” brand of high-energy fusion-blues to the Sparta Summer Concerts series on Friday, Aug. 22

Rhett Tyler and Early Warning take their audience on a soulful musical journey. Pure passion and love of music fuel the dynamic synergy of this progressive fusion-blues power trio, while compelling rhythms provide the foundation for Tyler’s guitar leads and heartfelt, emotional vocals.

Tyler takes modern blues-rock to the next level and beyond.

Donald Wilcock, author of the Buddy Guy biography “Damn Right I’ve Got The Blues” summed it up with ”Rhett is not just proficient throughout the spectrum of today’s blues, he’s a universal master of all. You gotta hear him live.”

The group features Tyler on guitar and lead vocals, Doug Howard on bass and vocals, and Bo Matheson on drums and vocals.

Tyler’s career spans over four decades of innovative musical artistry. He has independently released eight CD's including his latest entitled “The Rhythm, The Power, The Blue” and was honored for his commitment and dedication in 2011 with an induction into the Blues Hall of Fame as Master Blues Artist from New York.
