Local realtors ranked among nation's best

SUSSEX COUNTY — Realty Executives Exceptional Realtors® is proud to announce that the Vega Valle Team and David Thoenig are featured in REAL Trends’ “America's Best Real Estate Agents” report. The Vega Valle Team ranked no. 2 out of 93 teams in the entire state of New Jersey in the “Teams by Sides” category, while David ranked no. 13 out of 148 agents in New Jersey, placing in the “Individuals by Sides” category.

The REAL Trends report ranks over 12,600 residential real estate professionals based on their excellence in real estate sales during 2016. To qualify for inclusion, an individual agent must have closed at least 50 transaction sides or $20 million in sales volume in 2016; David closed 118 transactions, over the double the qualifying amount. For real estate agent teams, the minimum is 75 transaction sides or $30 million in closed sales volume; the Vega Valley Team closed 291 transactions, almost quadruple the qualifying amount.
