classic movie will be presented in Sparta

SPARTA-Frank Kapra's classic movie, It's A Wonderful Life, will be presented by Cornerstone Playhouse as a radio play, adapted by Liz Zazzi, at 8 p.m on Friday, Nov. 5, at 2 and 8 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 6 and at 2 p.m. on Sunday, Nov. 7, at the Lake Mohawk Country Club, 21 The Boardwalk, Sparta. The show is an adaptation of Frank Kapra's beloved holiday story of how one man's life makes a difference to so many and an angel earns his wings. The show is produced by Carol Emerson and directed by Kathy Ziemann, who is assisted by Maria DeVita-Krug. The cast will portray 1940s radio actors playing the roles of all the characters with sound effects provided by Charles Krug. The cast is made up of Bill Hemberger, Stephen Froehlich, Chris Froehlich, Stevie Hanks, Barbara Stote, Rachel A. Stote, and Lauren McGivney of Sparta; Glen Bell, Diane Bell, Mike Bell, and Clara Krug of Newton; Paul Tracy and Tim Moran of Andover; David Vorhies and Jamie Healt of Sussex; Jo Arrotti-Shuppon and Joey Arrotti-Zazzara of Vernon; Ben Holmes of Montclair; Bethany Kelly-Podoll of Boonton; Bethann Migliaccio of Stanhope; Diane Pollett of Middleville; and Heather Stromberg of Budd Lake.
