Kathy Moser at Tapestry Cafe April 15

Netcong - Kathy Moser, New Jersey-based singer/songwriter, will be bring her “intelligent lyrics, driving guitar playing and goofy stage presence” to the Tapestry Cafe at 8 p.m. on Saturday, April 15. Cover charge is $5. The recent recipient of the “Best Song” award in the N.J. Indie Awards, Moser tackles topics from traffic jams to addiction, recovery, world peace, lawn mowers and the woes of love. Moser has five CD’s to her credit, and plays regularly throughout the country. In addition, she is currently giving a song-writing program at Hopatcong High School that encourages students to avoid substance abuse.
