Ringwood — Come enjoy great music in a beautiful setting. NJBG is again sponsoring its annual Summer Concert Series at the New Jersey State Botanical Garden in Ringwood, so grab a lawn chair or blanket and come enjoy a wide range of musical talent in these magnificent surroundings. Light refreshments are available for purchase or you can bring your own, but no alcohol or pets, balls or frisbees, please (State Park rules). If the weather is bad, the concerts are moved indoors into the Carriage House Visitor Center. All concerts begin at 7 p.m. NJBG requests a $5 per person donation. The first concert, featuring the RockNRoll Chorus, is scheduled for Friday, June 10. New to the NJBG concert lawn, America’s most high-energy teenage a cappella rock group will leave you wanting more. You’ll swear there’s a band, but it’s all done with just the voices of these talented young people. They’ve shared the stage with The Boss, so we’re sure you’ll enjoy them also.
