Senior Prom

Vernon senior citizens were treated to all the fun and excitement of Cinco de Mayo, which served as the theme of the 24th Annual Senior Citizen Prom sponsored by the Vernon schools’ student councils. The prom, which was free to all seniors, took place at the Glen Meadow Middle School and featured dinner, dancing and door prizes. Dinner included carved turkey and ham, penne in vodka sauce, chicken franchais and a wide variety of deserts. Photo by Eileen Stanbridge
