Fans of live music may hear hits from Sinatra to the Beatles on local stages this week.

Friday, Nov. 1

PS Xperiment brings high energy to Lafayette House, 75 Route 15, at 6 p.m. with a genre-blending set for an electrifying evening.

Singer-songwriter Erika Sherger takes the stage at 6:30 p.m. at Krogh’s Restaurant & Brew Pub, 23 White Deer Plaza, Sparta, delivering a heartfelt mix of originals and covers. Acoustic guitar and percussion will add a soulful touch to the intimate duo performance.

At 7 p.m., choose from several great acts: Paul Derin spins vinyl classics at Booze & Grooves inside Milk Street Distillery, 1 Milk St., Branchville. If you’re looking for a rock-infused Halloween, catch the Foster Children at McQ’s Pub at Lake Lenape, 165 Andover Sparta Road, Newton, as they bring energetic covers and original rock tracks. For a country vibe, head to Brick & Brew, 27 Route 23, Franklin, where High Strung will play a set of crowd-favorite country hits.

At 8 p.m., singer-songwriter John Murphy brings his tunes to the Knotty Pine, 242 E. Union Turnpike, Wharton.

Saturday, Nov. 2

Start your day with Gabby Toledo at 10 a.m. at the Sparta Farmers Market, 89 S. Sparta Ave. Her soulful acoustic singer-songwriter style will provide the perfect backdrop for a leisurely morning of shopping and strolling.

At 6 p.m., enjoy the classic rock sounds of the Shed Band at the Lafayette House or catch Scott Ringle at McQ’s Pub, playing a blend of acoustic rock.

DUG the Band rocks Skylands Craft Beer & Wine Garden, 447 Route 284, Wantage, at 6:30 p.m. with a lively set of rock covers sure to get the crowd moving.

Erin McKenna brings versatile rock covers spanning decades to Milk Street Distillery at 7 p.m. for a dynamic and nostalgic performance.

At 8 p.m., the Newton Theatre, 234 Spring St., presents “Yesterday - The Las Vegas Beatles Show.” This internationally renowned tribute act transports audiences back to the golden era of the Beatles with iconic music, dazzling costumes and pitch-perfect performances. The show is celebrated for its authentic recreations of such Beatles hits as “Penny Lane” and “Sgt. Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band.” A must-see for Beatles fans. Wednesday, Nov. 6

Kick off your evening at 5 p.m. with a live performance by Sean Henry at McQ’s Pub, where his acoustic set will feature a mix of heartfelt originals and favorite covers.

Head over to Homestead Rest, 294 N. Church Road, Sparta, at 6:30 p.m. for a fun-filled karaoke night hosted by Ray Sikora.

Thursday, Nov. 7

John Murphy performs an acoustic set at 4 p.m., delivering a relaxed mix of folk and rock tunes during happy hour at McQ’s Pub.

At 6 p.m., head to Homestead Rest for an acoustic open mic night, where aspiring musicians may showcase their talent. Sign-ups begin at 5:30 p.m.

For a more classic vibe, Krogh’s will feature David Wallace from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. He will perform his best Sinatra hits with a jazzy guitar twist, bringing plenty of razzle-dazzle to this intimate setting.
