The Knights of Columbus Don Bosco Council #7784 collected more than 6,000 diapers and 10,000 baby wipes during its annual diaper drive.

The supplies were distributed to several charities and nonprofit organizations in Sussex County, including Today’s Choice Women’s Center, Birth Haven, Project Self-Sufficiency and Norwescap.

The annual diaper drive, a cornerstone of the Don Bosco Council’s volunteer efforts, aims to support local families facing financial hardship by providing them with basic necessities.

The supplies were donated by St. Joseph’s Parish, Our Lady Queen of Peace Parish and Good Shepherd Parish.

“We are incredibly proud of the efforts and commitment shown by our volunteers and the overwhelming support from the community,” said Anthony Caroleo, Grand Knight of the Don Bosco Council.

In addition to the diaper drive, the Don Bosco Council supports various nonprofits in Newton through volunteer work, fundraising and donations.
