Coffin and Schmitz to wed

Debra and Phillips Marcellus and Keith and Jacqui Coffin of Sparta, N.J. announce the engagement of their daughter Courtney Lynn Coffin to Aaron William Schmitz, son of Mindy and Paul Petkovsky and Bob and Shelly Schmitz of Houston, Texas and grandson of Dr. Roger and Sally Schmitz of Spokane, Wash.

The bride-to-be graduated from Sparta High School in 2003 and SMU (Dallas, Texas) in 2007. She graduated from Texas A & M School of Law in 2010 and is currently practicing Family Law in Dallas, Texas.

The groom-to-be graduated from Meade Creek High School (Houston, Texas) in 2003 and University of Texas in 2007. He recently earned his MBA from SMU (Dallas, Texas) and is working as an analyst in real estate finance in Dallas, Texas.

The couple is planning a wedding on Sept. 26, 2014 in Dallas, Texas.
