Gallagher and Malaro announce engagement

Pattie and John Gallagher, of Sparta, are excited to announce the engagement of their daughter Taran Gallagher to Jimmy Malaro, son of Barbara and Jim Malaro, also of Sparta.

Taran graduated from Sparta High School in 2005 and Rider University in 2009. She is currently earning a Master’s Degree in Library and Information Sciences at Rutgers University and is employed at Alpine Elementary School in Sparta.

Jimmy graduated from Sparta High School in 2002. After graduating from Wyo Tech, he is now a co-owner of Jim's Automotive and Classic Cars. He is also a black belt and instructor at East West Karate.

A 2015 wedding is planned.
