Owens, Hillenbrand wed

Caitlin Mary Owens and Charles John Hillenbrand IV were married on July 4 at Saint Mary and Saint Andrew Church in Ellenville, NY with Father John Lynch officiating.

The bride is the daughter of Dr. and Mrs. Paul J. Owens, of Sparta. She is a 2003 graduate of Pope John XXIII High School.

She received a B.S. from Bentley University in 2007 and a J.D from Seton Hall Law School in 2010. She is an attorney for Graham Curtin in Morristown. Owens concentrates her practice in litigation, with an emphasis in the area of professional malpractice defense.

The groom is the son of Charles Hillenbrand III, wife Katherine, of Andover, and Mrs. Sherri Pizzi, husband Joseph, of Martinsburg, West Virginia. He is a 2002 graduate of Pope John XXIII High School.

He received a B.A. from Salve Regina in 2006 and a B.S. from Rutgers University in 2011. C.J. is in his third year of Rutgers New Jersey Medical School.

The matron of honor was Nora Owens Kovit. The bride's attendants were Molly Hillenbrand, Maddie Navin, Brittany Bogle, Danielle Bogle Gonabe, Rachel Mills, Jesal Patel, Christie Pepe Jago, Sarah Pilewski, Patrick Ryan, Anne Schiembob, Erin Sullivan, and Meghan Connolly Towne.

The best men were Steven and Linden Hillenbrand. The groomsmen were Paul Owens, Murphy Owens, David Kovit, Stephen Calandrillo, Ken Day, Tim Mangels, Kellen Murphy and Ryan Pepe.

The reception was held at Rustic Ridge View Horse Farm in Kerhonkson, NY. Caitlin and CJ spent two weeks backpacking and enjoying the beauty of Iceland on their Honeymoon. C.J. and Caitlin Hillenbrand reside in Bedminster, N.J.
