Don and Lynn Wagenhals of Sparta, NJ, announce the engagement of their daughter, Dana Wagenhals, to Stuart Handley, son of Jane Fraser of Richmond Hill, Georgia. Dana is currently attending Sussex County Community College and Stuart is a graduate of Lincoln Technical Institute. Both attended Sparta High School and reside in Sparta.
