Local artist recognized for her work

Ogdensburg Diane M. Lowe of Ogdensburg was a finalist in Art Scene Today’s Spring 2011 Competition, Coloring Outside the Lines. Her winning pieces were 'Pearl the Purple Cow’ and 'Go Ask Alice.’ The owner of Stroke of Luck Studio, her photography and her works in oils and acrylics can be seen throughout the area at art festivals, galleries and schools.
