Marion graduates from SU
HIGHLAND LAKES-Hilary Marion, of Highland Lakes, received a bachelor of science degree in child and family studies from Syracuse University College of Human Services and Health Professions. She was among the academic degree candidates honored at the university's 151st commencement ceremony, held May 15 in the Carrier Dome. Approximately 4,900 degree candidates, along with their families and friends, attended the ceremony presided over by Chancellor Nancy Cantor. The College of Human Services and Health Professions brings together Syracuse University's professional programs in child and family studies, marriage and family therapy, nursing, nutrition and hospitality management, and social work in an environment of cross-disciplinary teaching, research, practice, and service. Through classroom learning and hands-on experience, Marion was prepared for active and influential careers in the helping professions.
