Benkendorf promoted to senior associate

Sparta law firm Askin & Hooker has promoted Daniel Benkendorf to senior associate.

Benkendorf, who joined the firm in 2021 as an associate attorney, focuses on real estate, land use, civil litigation, and estate planning and administration.

“Being named senior associate at Askin & Hooker is a true honor,” he said. “Working alongside such talented attorneys and staff has allowed me to grow professionally and expand my practice areas. I take great pride in serving clients in my local community and being active in its growth.”

Benkendorf earned his undergraduate degree from Bloomsburg University in Pennsylvania in 2007. He then obtained a law degree from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, Mich., in 2010.

He has been a member of the New Jersey Bar since 2011.
