Cranky Noodles is a little noodle shop that recently opened inside the bike shop Gears-n-Grinds at 85 Main St., Sparta.
It is owned by Andre and Tracey deWaal of Andre’s Lakeside Dining.
The take-out location has a few bar stools inside and stream-side picnic tables are available during nice weather.
“We are thrilled to be able to offer something new and exciting in Sussex County. Our ramen was a huge hit during the pandemic, when we could only do take out at Andre’s,” said Chef Andre deWaal.
Everything is made at Andre’s and brought to the noodle shop daily. Even the ice cream base for the soft serve is made in-house and the flavors change regularly.
The store is open Wednesday through Sunday and is open until 9 p.m. Friday. Online ordering is available at www.crankynoodles
