Christian unity celebrated at Sparta Church

Six local churches participated in the Sparta Ecumenical Christian Unity service at Our Lady of the Lake Church in Sparta on Jan. 21. Our Lady of the Lake Roman Catholic Church, Pastor Msgr. Paul F. Knauer, Blessed Kateri Roman Catholic Church, Pastor Fr. Albert Nix; First Presbyterian Church of Sparta, Pastor Rev. Tom Litteer; Shepherd of the Hills Lutheran Church, Pastor Rev. Barry Benson; St. Mary’s Episcopal Church, Pastor Rev. Orion Davis;, and United Methodist Church, Pastor Rev. Charles McNeil.
