    Back in 1993 Lucille Guarino, choir director at Sparta High School was selected to perform the "Magnificat" with John Rutter. Since then, Guarino and her Select Choir has since performed at Carnegie Hall 13 times. This year, Guarino's last year at Sparta High School, her Select Choir performed the "Magnificat" with Sir John Rutter conducting. The show took place Carnegie Hall on April 17. The members of this year's Sparta High School Select Choir are: Tom Alario, Andrew Arnold, Greg Barkhauer, Aurora Barone, Stephanie Barrette, Rupsha Bhattacharrya, Bill Camarco, Emily Carr, Cris Casazza, Jai Choe, Nick Dahlberg, Taylor Dowden, Kate Gilson, Jeff Gottlieb, Melissa Gregoli, Katie Iannacone, Bethany Irven, Emily Janssen, Ben Jones, Erin Kowalsky, Katlyn Lucio, Linda Mathusek, Kayla Meny, Trevor Morrow, Bijan Niknam, Jamie Niknam, Caitlin O'Malley, Evan O'Toole, Katybeth Parr, Denise Radeloff, Tyler Reese, Jamie Riccio, Jason Roberts, Lee Roeder, Dan Shick, Mike Schill, Nisha Sundaresan, Terri Tanzola, J.T.
