The upper level offers a view as well as convenience to the home’s kitchen while dining. The lounge is ringed by four flower boxes that enhance the connection to the nature and the beautiful surrounding property.

The view is preserved by the glass rails and the elegant understated black Deckorator balusters. Beneath the deck is a completely dry room with walls and a door constructed of cedar lattice that creating a hidden storage area.

The privacy wall becomes a work of Art and a focal feature of this spectacular outdoor space. The two foot wide illuminated water fall flowing from the beautiful Eldorado stone wall at the center of the piece cascades into a specially glazed black and green ceramic vessel.

The feature is internally lit creating the illusion of light pouring down and filling the basin that sits upon a waterless pond system.

The sound of the 2,400 gallon per hour waterfall was tuned to provide for the perfect achievement of sound. The privacy wall is flanked on either side by custom fabricated iron lattice in black to tie in with the black balusters of the deck. The brick pattern selected to compliment the patio pavers.
