DASI: Domestic Abuse & Sexual Assault Intervention Services hosted a Candlelight Vigil on Tuesday evening, Oct. 22 on the Sussex County Community College campus in Newton.
During the vigil, attendees lit candles, sang “Amazing Grace,” and observed a moment of silence in remembrance of those who died because of domestic violence and those who experienced and survived domestic violence.
The annual event marks Domestic Violence Awareness Month.
