Health care firm hires nutritionist
SPARTA — New Perspectives Health Care announces the addition of nutritional counselor, Regina Rider, DTR to their staff. Regina is a member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, the world's largest organization of food and nutrition professionals. After earning her degree in dietetic practice, she completed her hospital internship program at Saint Clare’s Hospital in Denville, New Jersey. She is certified in both Adult Weight Management and Child & Adolescent Weight Management.
Regina provides dietary guidance for a variety of challenges such as weight management, sports nutrition, diabetes, and eating disorders. Along with providing nutrition services to patients, Regina will manage New Perspective’s Ideal Protein Program, a medically developed diet protocol for losing resistant metabolic fat.
