CHARACTERISTICS
Lenny was surrendered when he was being bullied by another bigger, rambunctious dog in the home, and he lashed out and accidently bit a young child’s hand as he was running by.
The other dog has created anxiety in poor Lenny and he startles very easily now. He would do best in a quieter home with low foot traffic. A home by himself or with an older dog that will not jump all over him or get in his face should be fine.
Lenny has lived with two cats in the past iooooooooo8llllllllllllllland just ignores them.
Once he warms up to you, he will come to you for petting. He will need time to gain confidence and bond with his new owner.
Overall, Lenny is a sweet boy just looking for the right home for him to come out of his shell and blossom.
