Wilbert Newark was pulled from a local inner-city shelter.
He is very sweet with everyone he meets and gets along well with other dogs.
Wilbert is a smart boy who comes when he is called and knows how to sit. He walks nicely on a leash.
He would do best in an adults-only home where his family understands that he gets spooked if people get too close to his face. He needs an owner who respects this boundary.
Wilbur is playful and goofy and would love to find his forever home.
