The grand opening of Permanent Makeup by Kathy took place on June 23, at 83 Woodport Road, Sparta. Mayor Chris Quinn cut the ribbon. On her left is the store owner Kathy Czerhoniak. At the far left is Czerhoniak's mother Patricia Heal, the owner of Salon Di Panache. At the far right is Dawn Fritzsch of the Sussex County Chamber of Commerce.
