SPARTA — The 2013 Girls on the Run New Jersey North Ambassador Scholarship winner was Claire Romine.
Claire just graduated from Sparta High School and will attend the University of Delaware in the fall.
All applicants must complete two seasons as a Girls on the Run coach, sit on at least one committee and complete the application and essay.
Claire also organized the Cancer of Many Colors 5K and raised $3000 for charity.
