Sparta man graduates from training program
SPARTA — Scott Turner of Coldwell Banker Commercial Sparta recently graduated from the Coldwell Banker Commercial Emerging Broker Training program.
The Emerging Broker Training is a four-month, comprehensive training program targeted for CBC professionals in commercial sales and leasing. The program covers the key components of the commercial real estate and is a blend of traditional classroom training followed by live internet classes, self-paced learning, and structured participation of a mentor in the home office.
The program then ends with three more days of classroom training.

Turner is a member of the Global Client Solutions Regional Business Development team. He began his career with Prudential Commercial Real Estate and is now with Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT in Sparta. He focuses on multi-family residential projects and retail commercial properties including real estate market analysis.
Through the blend of his real estate education, MBA and professional sports background, Turner works with and helps develop a company’s strategy to grow their business by the use of planning, strategies, competitive training and financial analysis.
By working with wealth management bankers from Chase, Wells Fargo and Morgan Stanley, Turner is building a commercial investment cliental in New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania that involves multifamily, leasing, retail and land.
He earned his MBA from the University of Chicago, Booth School of Business and is a CCIM Candidate.
