Sparta resident appointed to association’s board of directors

    On Wednesday, Jan. 23, the New Jersey Apartment Association (NJAA) swore in John Zoetjes, President of American Architectural Window and Door, Inc., as one of the new NJAA Board Members at the annual membership meeting which took place at the Imperia on Easton in Franklin Township, N.J..

    Mr. Zoetjes has been a member of the NJAA since 1995 and serves on numerous NJAA committees such as the Trade Show, Awards, Legislative, Membership, Vendor and the Children’s Holiday Party.

    “I am honored to serve as a Board Member of this prestigious organization,” said Mr. Zoetjes. “As a member of NJAA, I learned a lot about the organizations advocacy efforts and look forward to continuing to work on initiatives to pass legislation that will benefit our members and residents.”

    John Zoetjes has lived in Sparta for 15 years with his wife Connie, and their two children, Cassandra and John Hunter.

    The NJAA, which consists of the larger, professional owners, managers, builders and developers of private capital and market rate units as well as subsidized and affordable multi-family rental housing, is dedicated to provide safe, clean and affordable rental housing to more than one million families throughout the state.
