Terri Olshanski joins Realty Executives

SPARTA — Terri Olshanski recently joined Realty Executives. “I am really excited to be joining such an innovative company and feel I will be able to provide outstanding service to my past and future clients with Realty Executives marketing tools and technology.”

After working as a critical care nurse, hospital administrator and then a stay at home mom, Olshanski obtained her real estate license 6 years ago. Despite beginning her real estate career in a difficult, declining market she has a proven track record of success. At her former real estate company, Olshanski achieved the company’s Million Dollar Sales Club Award for 3 consecutive years, their Directors Club Award in 2011 and finally the Executive Club in 2012 by earning progressively higher sales volume each year.

Olshanski also obtained her Short Sales and Foreclosure (SFR) designation in 2010 to help assist homeowners who were financially overburdened sell their properties and buyers obtain “short sale” and foreclosed properties.

Terri credits her success in real estate with her knowledge of her market area, hard work and dedication to her clients, marketing techniques and pricing strategies.

Olshanski stages her listings to help maximize their best features and minimize their weakness. She has extensive knowledge of design and home construction, growing up in the family business of home construction.

Residing in Sparta for over 11 years, she served as Vice President of the Mohawk Ave School PTO, Chairperson of The Healthy Alliance, Religious Education Instructor and Baptism Prep at Blessed Kateri Parish, and a former Chairperson of the Junior Women’s Club.

She enjoys spending time with her husband and 3 children, attending sporting activities, home decorating, gardening, hiking, skiing, and reading.
