Troop 82 awarded honor troop status again

SPARTA — Troop 82 of Sparta earned the Honor Troop Status Award at Camp Yawgoog Summer Camp in Rhode Island for the second year in a row.
Forty-four Merit Badges were earned by 13 boys with three boys advancing in rank to Star Scout and an additional three earned First Class. The troop also was awarded the Danny Staff award for the second year running.
