Weichert Realtors announces Andrew Milling as 2018 Regional Manager of the Year

Sparta – Joe McDonald, regional vice president of Weichert, Realtors, announced that Andrew Milling from the Sparta office was named the sales region’s manager of the year for 2018. This award was given to one manager from Weichert’s offices throughout Sussex, Morris, Mercer, Essex and Union counties who demonstrated exceptional management skills and led his or her office to outstanding performance in 2018. This is Milling’s fourth consecutive year as regional Manager of the Year.
“I am thrilled to have Andrew on my leadership team. Year after year, he continues to lead the sales associates in his office to greater levels of success,” McDonald said. “Andrew is committed to providing the guidance, support and resource tools his associates need to reach their sales objectives and offer the best service to their clients.”
A longtime real estate professional, Milling joined Weichert in 1997 before being appointed sales manager in 2001. He has been manager of the Sparta office since 2003, during which time he has guided his team to help numerous local families and individuals realize their dreams of homeownership. Milling has won seven Manager of the Year titles overall.
Milling and his wife, Heather, have three children, Linsey, Andrew and Katelyn.
