Realtor Web site draws international attention

SPARTA — Sales Associates Rick Ambrose and Mary Pat Spekhardt with the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Sparta Boardwalk office recently hosted 35 real estate investors from Japan. The group was given a tour of the Lake Mohawk area and shown several current office listings. The Japanese investors were seeking real estate opportunities for investment and retirement.
