Sisterly fashion

Sparta twins Serena and Ellie Mulligan reaffirm their individuality through fashion by wearing color- coded bows so their classmates and instructors can tell them apart. Both girls are enrolled in swimming classes sponsored by the Sparta Parks and Recreation Department.
