Community invited to celebrate National Gymnastics Day in Sparta

Giant Gymnastics, which has locations in Sparta and Hackettstown, will be holding their celebrations on National Gymnastics Day, a day celebrated by gymnastics facilities around the country.
This year marks the tenth anniversary for Giant Gymnastics of Sparta. Owners Jennifer and John Skorski will be hosting a special event on Saturday, Sept. 18, from 4 to 6 p.m. for families all around Sussex County.
While parents are invited to come and take a coach guided tour of the gym, Giant is offering half hour guided open gym and preschool open gym times for children.
Registration for the open gym time slots is required and can be found on their customer portal page of the website. Each half hour will feature a warmup and time on their various trampolines, tumble track and floor guided by the Giant Gymnastics coaching staff.
Giant will be unable to take walk ins the day of the event, as space will be limited for the safety of all those attending. All who attend will be entered in free drawings for a variety of prizes and gift baskets, including one month’s tuition for one of their recreational classes.
